An improved type of the classic Pentaflex-Universal, which, thanks to its high elasticity, stable cylindrical shape, and the ability to use without soaking, allows it to be used for packaging special products.
Description
Mechanical strength and high elasticity, combined with other shell properties, ensure stable overfill values, a cylindrical shape along the entire length of the loaf, and the ability to press the loaves. Even cylindrical loaves with a smooth, stretched surface or pressed into molds will decorate any customer display case. The shell can be used to work on all types of clippers.
Distinctive features of Pentaflex-Universal type Perfect:
- high elasticity, which will allow the shell to be overfilled up to 10-11% without spilling the sleeve and up to 13% with spilling the sleeve when soaking;
- rich white color eliminates the shine of sausage minced meat;
- the output of perfectly even, inflexible loaves.
