Pentaflex Universal®

Classic synthetic casing is specially designed for packaging the widest range of meat products, used on automatic and semi-automatic equipment. Sausage products in Pentaflex-Universal® casing have the appearance of even straight loaves with a smoothly stretched surface. Filling capacity – 10-11%. Form of transportation: reels and corrugated boxes.

At the customer’s request, the shell can be printed. The paints used for printing are heat-resistant (withstand high and low temperature fluctuations) and resistant to mechanical damage.

Pentaflex-Universal  type Perfect  is a casing that gives the sausage loaf a stable cylindrical shape at any length of the finished product.

Pentaflex-Universal  Slicing type  – the casing is used for packaging cooked sausages and hams with subsequent removal of the casing from the sausage loaf. The longitudinal tear allows you to quickly remove the casing from the loaf without damaging its surface. This is convenient both for the buyer and for slicing and packaging under vacuum or in a modified atmosphere.

Pentaflex-Universal  type St  is a casing for the production of pasteurized and sterilized products that require long-term storage.
