Description
Polyamide heat-shrinkable barrier casing PENTAFLEX® MINI is designed for packaging sausages and sausages. The casing has a high barrier, which guarantees a long shelf life of the finished product. The casing is universal, its properties allow it to be used on semi-automatic and automatic machines at high speed. The mechanical strength of the casing is combined with its elasticity, which in combination ensures high-quality filling and an attractive appearance. Sausages in the PENTAFLEX® MINI casing have the appearance of even straight bars with a smooth, stretched surface.

corrugated tubes 25m x 245mm; 33.3m x 245mm; 40m x 350-400mm; 50m x 350-400mm.

Diameters 34-38 mm – soft corrugation in a mesh
*16 diameter supplied in corrugated tubes 25m x 245mm;
*34 diameter supplied in corrugated tubes 40m x 350-400mm;
*36, 38 diameters supplied in corrugated tubes 50m x 350-400mm.
At the customer’s request, the shell can be printed. The paints used for printing are heat-resistant (resistant to high and low temperatures) and mechanical damage.
