Ring casing, which allows you to obtain products in the shape of a ring, half ring, spiral, sausage garland, "bananas", aptly imitating sausages in natural casings.
Description
One of the main advantages of this casing is the ability to give sausage products an original shape, which successfully imitates sausages in natural intestinal casings. The casing holds a given shape (rings, half rings, spirals).
Pentaflex-Krantz type 1.
Flour content 5-11%. Diameter of the inner ring of the loaf 170-230 mm.
Supplied only in corrugated coils of 25-30 meters.
Pentaflex-Krantz type 3.
Flour content 5-10%. Diameter of the inner ring of the loaf 155-170 mm. Supplied only in corrugated rolls of 25-30 meters.
At the customer’s request, the shell can be printed. The paints used for printing are heat-resistant (withstand high and low temperature fluctuations) and resistant to mechanical damage.
