Multilayer synthetic shrink film Pentaflex Extra H® for packaging dairy products
We offer flexible, easy-to-use and safe heat-shrinkable casing Pentaflex Universal®, Pentaflex Extra N®. The casing meets the requirements of the international standard and has a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion of Ukraine and permits for contact with food products.
Pentaflex Universal® and Pentaflex Extra H® casings are used for packaging butter, spreads, processed cheeses, and ice cream.
The special properties of Pentaflex Extra H® casing, namely its use without soaking, facilitate the filling process and save time. This method is effective when packing spreads.
Advantages of the shell:
- high barrier properties, which contribute to weight preservation during portion packaging, taste, freshness and natural color of the product, and long shelf life.
- mechanical strength and elasticity.
- shrink properties (thus eliminating wrinkling of the shell).
- heat resistance, the shell can be used at temperatures from -30 to + 115 º С
Form of transportation: corrugated boxes and reels.
For ease of use in production, the casing is delivered in 750m and 1000m long reels, hermetically packed in corrugated boxes and corrugated dolls 25 and 40m long.
The warranty period of the shell is 36 months.
The company provides services in design development, cliché production and printing (alcohol and UV printing).
