Raw materials and auxiliary materials supplied to the enterprise have certificates of compliance with regulatory acts for materials in contact with food products, or certificates of approval for work with food products according to EU directives, or have confirmation of compliance with requirements for use in contact with food products.

Environmental Responsibility

According to the Ukrainian legislation on air protection, the enterprise belongs to the second group of objects and has a permit for emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere, issued by the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Kyiv Regional State Administration.

The enterprise monitors compliance with approved standards for maximum permissible emissions of pollutants from relevant emission sources, and monitoring reports are submitted annually to the Department of Ecology of KODA.

Wastewater after use is accepted into the city sewer system under contracts for further treatment and use.

The removal of industrial and household waste from the enterprise's territory and its subsequent disposal is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian waste management legislation on a contractual basis by specialized organizations.

The enterprise conducts periodic activities to maintain the adjacent territory, including around the lake, in proper cleanliness and order.
