PRINTING ON CASING AND SHRINKABLE BAGS

 Printing on casings and shrinkable bags is realized on flexographic printing machines. Printing may be one-sided and two-sided.
ONE - COLORED printing. Ink of one color on customer’s choice is applied.
MULTI – COLORED printing. It is made by several ‛ready“ colored (alcohol) spiritsoluble inks. For instance, the following combination is possible: white, yellow, red, gold; in this case the printing is called – fourcolored flexoprinting.
UV - PRINTING. Fullcolor printing of high quality (pantone printing) with possibility to overlap face and back side of casing. Special inks are applied; they are become hard on the casing on influence of ultraviolet (UV) light. Fullcolor Printing (FC) – it is a printing when all colors and shades of an image are made by means of mixing four ‛base“ inks – blue (cyan), magenta, yellow and black (CMYK) – directly on a surface to be printed (casing). It allows getting images of higher complexity, including photo imaging.
